Our Policies
Before booking, please read our salon policies to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, elevated experience.
No Prep Needed
Hair wash, braid take-down, and blow-out are all provided with your appointment. Just arrive and I'll handle the rest — no need to pre-wash or detangle.
Bringing Your Own Boho Hair
For boho styles, you're welcome to bring your preferred boho/curl hair. Please confirm the type and amount needed when booking.
Booking & Deposit
Appointments are required and scheduled in advance. A $30 non-refundable deposit secures your slot and goes toward your total on the day of service.
Hair Included
Braiding hair is included for most styles unless otherwise noted. Specialty or custom-color hair may be brought by the guest.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.
Satisfaction & Adjustments
If something isn't right, let me know within 48 hours and I'll happily adjust. I value your time and appreciate the same courtesy in return.
